Refund policy

At R&G Mini & Co., we want you to love everything you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange if the item is still in stock.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
